The project aims to improve the capacity of small producers to increase food production and to ensure greater availability of these products on the market all year round. The actions aim to increase targeted agro-sylvo-pastoral and fishery products for the benefit of small food producers in the four sub-sectors of agricultural and water, animal and forest productions. The project is being implemented in collaboration with the World Bank in 13 regions of the country and 45 provinces.

Overall objective is to improve the capacity of small producers to increase food production and to ensure greater availability of these products on the market all year round

Specific objectives are: improve the transfer of agricultural technologies and their popularization in order to improve productivity and increase food production, strengthen the capacities of actors to manage the variability of different food products at the local and national levels through greater storage and access to credit under the warrantage system, increase the efficiency of public and private service providers involved in the implementation of the project.
